Track+ Editions

Track+ comes in four editions with different feature footprint:

• Track+ Community Edition (free!)
• Track+ Standard Edition
• Track+ Professional Edition
• Track+ Enterprise Edition

There is no functional difference between the free Track+ Community Edition and the commercial Track+ Enterprise Edition, except that the Track+ Community Edition has a maximum user count of five.

Licenses are on a per server basis.

Academic Discounts

We offer substantial academic discounts if you are from an educational institution and using Track+ for non-educational purposes like running your computer farm.

If you have your students use Track+ you qualify for a free community edition license.

Track+ Community Edition

Anybody may use the Track+ Community Edition with an active user limit of five. You may qualify for a free Track+ Enterprise Edition in case

• you use Track+ for educational purposes (students are using Track+)
• you use Track+ within a charity, as defined by your countries tax laws
• you use Track+ for a published Open Source project of general interest

Maintenance

The first year of maintenance and support is included in the license price.

A maintenance package includes support and upgrades for one year. The support level depends on your license type. If you let your maintenance run out and decide to renew later on, you have to cover the entire period from the time the maintenance agreement ran out last to the actual date.

Webinar, Installation Service and Training

We offer installation service and onsite training in Europe via our European headquarter. The seminar is structured into parts for all team members, project administrators, configuration managers, and system administrators. It takes about one day. Ask for a quotation and a date.

We offer a three hour webinar for license holders of the Professional and Enterprise editions. The webinar is interactive and held via WebEx. After we have received your purchase order and we have agreed on a date and time, you will receive an invitiation code, have to go to a specific web site and login there. You should have a PC with a high bandwidth (DSL) connection, speakers, and microphone.
